Our seniors in our 4th league game travelled away but fell short to a castlegregory celtic second half rally. We had the better of the 1st half with Mike Daly & Conor Henderson going close to breaking the deadlock. Mike,  at one stage dispossessing a defender but unlucky to drive wide from a tight angle, while Conor let fly after a run through the centre.

After a scoreless 1st half Castle broke the deadlock on 65 minutes and added a further on 70  minutes.Wwith 15 minutes to go a powerful free kick from Peter cosgrave was spilt by the keeper & Mike Daly was only inches away from getting us back into the game. Overall we played well at times with all putting in a big effort but it was the concession of the two 2nd half goals were the difference.
