Ballyhar hosted Listowel Celtic in the 1st round of the U15 Shield/Trophy.

The home side started brightly against a team a Division above them in the league. Noah Goodman, Odhran Leslie, Alex Kelly and Pau competed well in midfield, however after 20 minutes Listowel took the lead and went onto to score a further couple of goals to go in 3:0 up at half time.

The lads rallied well in the second half with Peter O'Callaghan, Nico Newman and Eoin Cremin all impressing. Iin final minutes, Ballyhar were awarded a penalty, which was finished home well by Fionn Clifford.F/T 1-3

Best for Ballyhar were Eoin Cremin, Noah Goodman with Man of the match going to Nathan O Brien who was excellent at right back.
