Our U17's suffered defeat on Sunday away to Listowel. The first half was evenly balanced with the 2 sides getting on the scoresheet, Colm O'Sullivan scoring Ballyhar's goal from a corner. H/t 1-1

The 2nd half was nip and tuck with Ballyhar missing a great chance to take the lead, but for a good save by the Listowel goalkeeper from a Gearoid Quirke shot. In the last 20 mins Ballyhar pushed forward for the lead goal while Listowel were the more clinical the counter attack. They caught the lads on the break numerous times scoring 3 goals and holding out a brave Ballyhar side.

Best for Ballyhar were Michael O'Sullivan Micheàl Fitzgerald, Sean O'Sullivan and Padraig Regan.
