In hard conditions on Saturday night, Ballyhar went down to a Celtic side that took their chances when they came.

Celtic doubled their lead 10mins into the 2nd half but Ballyhar got a lifeline from the penalty spot shortly afterwards, whichJames Horgan converted. 2-1. Celtic increased the gap through 2 free-kicks which both were fired into top corner to make in 4-1. Then with 10 mins to go, Peter Cosgrove struck a free kick for Ballyhar which found the bottom corner of the net to bring it back to 4-2. But the scoring was fi ished off by Celtic who broke from a Ballyhar attack to make it 5-2 at the finish. F/T 5-2
