Our U13 B team had a big win on a cold and wintery morning in Rusheen last weekend. It was an outstanding performance from the lads as they faced a Ballyheigue team that made the long journey for the 10.30 KO.

In a one sided game Ballyhar got off to a great start with Jack Cooper scoring early. This set up the game nicely and Ballyhar went on build up a strong lead before the half time break.

Goals from Rian Comerford, Jack Sheehy, Captain Diarmuid Fitzgerald as well as Lachlan Leslie and Dermot Nealon had Ballyhar in a comfortable positiom.     

The dominance continued in the second half as Ballyheigue were under a lot of pressure with further goals from Ewan Myers, Tadhg Fitzgerald, Evan Greensmyth put the game beyond the visitors.

A great performance from the Ballyhar team with lovely passages of play.
