our senior team travelled away to Georgie o Callaghan park where there was two goals inside the first ten minutes with Daniel o Sullivan equalizing for Ballyhar after a through ball from padraig o Connor. Ballyhar were 1-2 down at the break having hit the woodwork twice with efforts from peter cosgrave & Patrick o Connor.

Castleisland, just after the break increased their lead to 1-3. Kevin o Sullivan then pulled one back with a wonder strike from outside the box on the 55th minute, this goal ignited Ballyhars challenge, when with greater possession and chances and with Maurice o Donoghue & Diarmuid Brosnan driving things on from the centre of the pitch, the lively Mike Daly scored a deserved equaliser on 80 mins with a powerful shot across the keepers body to the corner of the net.

Over all a deserved point secured in a much improved second half performance for the Dynamos. while there were many referees on both sides John Ross was the official one of this lively affair.
