Our U12 A's had a very strong showing against a resilient home side in Masterheeha on Saturday morning. Alex Finn settled the nerves after just 8 mins when he struck a lovely lobbed shot from a tight angle over the Mastergeeha keeper. 10 mins later, he doubled the lead before the goal of the game just before half-time. Starting from a throw-in, Daithi Allen found Killian O'Sullivan, who jinked inside and laid it off to Jack Duggan. Duggan played it across the box to Rian Comerford, who cushioned it to Adam Fleming, he picked out Patrick O'Connor on the left of the box, who rifled a shot into the top corner. H/T 3-0

Ballyhar kept creating chances, and Josh Nelligan did very well to slide in at the back post to score, followed by a 2nd goal from O'Connor. Nelligan turned the provider for the 6th goal when he found Comerford in stride and managed to put his shot past the keeper. O'Connor then completed his hat-trick with another nice finish to beat the keeper at his front post.

It was a great display by all the lads, which included 4 x U11's, who all gave a great account of themselves.
