Another hardworking performance from the girls this evening. Goals from Lucy Wynne, Niamh O Sullivan (2) and Anna Fitzgerald gave the girls their 2nd win and kept up the 100% win rate (😜).

Ballyhar were the clearly the stronger team and never looked in any real danger, taking a 2-0 first half lead. With long range strikes from Lucy Wynne and Niamh O Sullivan resulting in goals. MEK pulled one back after a few subs had been introduced which unsettled the balance of the team a bit but the girls dug in again and pulled away in the second half. Great corners from Niamh O Sullivan and long throws from Anna Fitzgerald proved very dangerous and directly lead to 2 goals after goal mouth scrambles and MEK defensive errors as a result of the high intensity pressure applied by the Ballyhar attackers.
