Our U15B team entertained Killarney Celtic at Murt Scott Park in an evenly contested game.

Celtic took the lead in the game, but Ballyhar answered within 5 minutes, when a superb ball played out of defence by Nicolas Newmann found Killian O'Sullivan, who fed Luke Bartlett to finish well. 1-1 Unfortunately, it was Celtic who would get the next score, finishing on a loose ball in the Ballyhar box when the lads failed to deal with a Celtic corner. Killarney Celtic's third came just before half time when a fine strike, from outside the box, found the top corner of the Ballhar net. The lads could definately consider themselves unlucky to go in 2 down at half time. H/T 1-3

A few positional changes at half time for Ballyhar with fresh legs, brought a new urgency. Both teams had a number of chances in the second half, but both defences held out with no further scoring. F/T 1-3

A good team effort by all the lads. Best for Ballyhar on the day were Luke Bartlett, Killian O Sullivan, Noah Goodman, and man of the match Nicolas Newmann.
